What are supported internships?

Supported Internships are a structured study programme based primarily at an employer.

Supported Internships are for young people aged 16-24 with a statement of SEN, or an Education, Health and Care plan to achieve sustainable paid employment.

Supported Internships help young people gain the skills they need for work.

Check out this this Introduction to Supported Internships created entirely by the National Development Team for Inclusion (NDTI).
