Who can access our support:
Our support can be accessed by anyone 18+ with a learning disability, ADHD and / or autism.
A diagnosis is presently not required however, we assess that neurodiversity is a potential barrier to employment during our initial appointments and where other support is needed may signpost to support from partner organisations that are more appropriate for the client.
We aim to support individuals for up to 6 months in starting employment to ensure that the pathway is sustained.
We currently review all cases at each 12-week period to ensure that we are enabling clients to make progress.
