About us:

 

We support people with ASD and/or Learning Disabilities aged 18+ in Sheffield with:

 

• Employment support

• Person centred job coaching support.

• Help to create CV’s, job searching, interview preparation.

• Support for clients in paid work.

• Advice and guidance on reasonable adjustments.

 

We find work placements to help gain experience initially. Following this, job searching support, support continued within paid employment. We also support employers – we can offer awareness training, advice and guidance on reasonable adjustments.

 

 

People must have ASD or Learning Disability to access our service and must be able to travel to any placements that are organised as we are unable to offer travel support.
