Active Fusion provides a wide range of employment support through its ‘Fusion Futures’ programmes. Through sports, we offer one-to-one guidance to help individuals develop career pathways in education, community and business sectors. Apprenticeship opportunities are available in physical education roles, such as the Community Sports Health Officer, offering on-the-job training. Active Fusion also supports individuals in finding employment through structured career development initiatives. Furthermore, we provide ongoing support post-placement to ensure success in the workplace and help raise aspirations through mentoring and leadership opportunities.

Who do we work with?
We work with autistic people and individuals with a learning disability ranging from 5 - 25. Although most of our employment programmes focus on 16 – 25yr olds.
We can work with people who are looking for work, or are already in work.

What areas of South Yorkshire do we cover?
We cover all of South Yorkshire.
Most programmes are delivered across multiple sites, mainly in Doncaster, Rotherham and Barnsley.
Where and how do we support people?
Active Fusion offices are in Doncaster City Centre (The Hub, Chappel Drive, DN1 2RF).
We can support people in the community across multiple locations in Doncaster, Rotherham and Barnsley. As well as by phone, email, or a virtual call.
Can we offer support to employers?
We don't offer support in the way of training or job coaching, but we can provide tools and resources to help employers.
When are we open?
Monday to Friday
8am to 4/5pm
